NWSL Week 10: Six Games in Five Days!

The JoHawk must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.

The JoHawk must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.

Who on earth could ask for more? Six NWSL tilts over the course of five days is like a mini tournament. Get a good look now at the USWNT players who will be going to the Olympics in Rio, because they're likely to be headed out pretty soon.

I'm about to give up on predictions, because they're just so bad. 2 out of 5 last week. Poor, poor, poor. I'm going to stop keeping track of the season tally. This is the week Bold Predictions catch fire. Feel it. Embrace it. Love it.

First up: WEDNESDAY soccer!

Chicago Red Stars at Portland Thorns

Wednesday at 10:15PM Eastern

Bold Prediction: Tough one. Top of the table at stake. I think Portland holds court at home and keeps the Red Stars from topping them. Thorns win 2-1.

Houston Dash at Orlando Pride

Thursday at 7:30PM Eastern

Bold Prediction: Orlando gets back on track at home, while the Dash continue to struggle. Pride 2-0 Dash

Boston Breakers at WNY Flash

Friday at 7:00PM Eastern

Bold Prediction: Pain. Continued, excruciating pain. The Breakers haven't won an away game since 2014. They won't top the Flash on Friday. Flash 3-1 Breakers.

Sky Blue FC at Washington Spirit

Saturday at 7:00PM Eastern

Bold Prediction: Spirit 3-2 Sky Blue

Seattle Reign at FC Kansas City

Saturday at 7:00PM Eastern

Bold Prediction: Hmm. Long road trip for Seattle. Striking challenges on both sides. Draw, 1-1.

Portland Thorns at Orlando Pride

Sunday at 5:00PM Eastern

Bold Prediction: This is a tough one, but I think the Thorns are just too stacked to beat. Thorns win a close one, 2-1.
